Overview[]
The Scar - H is a highly versatile Belgian battle rifle used primarily by Chaos Insurgents, though it can also be purchased at NPC Shops for 15 Credits, or obtained through Moderator Commands.
In-game, the Scar - H serves as one of the most powerful weapons in the game, due to its very high damage - tied with the ACR and APC556 PDW for the highest damage of any rifle.
The Scar - H primarily shines when consistent headshots are landed, having a very fast head TTK of under half a second when all headshots are landed, only requiring a base of 5 headshots to kill. (See statistics.)
A drawback of the Scar - H is its smaller magazine size compared to other rifles, at 25 instead of 30, making it generally slightly worse compared to the ACR stat-wise, though they're otherwise identical.
The Scar - H is one of the heavier weapons in SCP: Roleplay, having a speed penalty of 3.58, however this can be offset by the Rapid Response Team's movement speed perk. Regardless, the speed penalty isn't very noticeable.
Overall, the Scar - H is a very versatile weapon regardless of team, due to its ease of obtainability and overall power, however it is the most expensive weapon in NPC Shops. Nonetheless, it's currently regarded as one of the best weapons in the game.

Stopping Power Attachment[]
The Scar - H's base damage is 12.75 - with Stopping Power ammunition, it increases to 14.25.

Miscellaneous Stats[]
The Scar - H features an average rate of fire for a rifle, at 600 rounds per minute (RPM), capable of firing ten shots a second, with the time in-between shots being 0.1 seconds.
Alternatively, with stopping power rounds, it instead fires at 300 RPM - or five shots a second - with the time in-between shots being roughly 0.2 seconds.
(Do note that stopping power is currently bugged to a ~20% rate of fire reduction instead of the intended 50%.)
Additionally, it fires supersonic rounds, meaning that it deals less damage to the ceramic vest plate compared to weapons that fire subsonic rounds.

Pros & Cons[]
Pros:
- Tied with the ACR and APC556 PDW for highest damage of any rifle.
- Less weight compared to the ACR, and almost equal weight to the APC556.
- Average RPM, at a base of 10 rounds per second.
- Very fast head TTK, at under half a second.
- Purchasable at NPC Shops.
Cons:
- Most expensive weapon in shops, at 15 Credits.
- Shots are loud and much more prone to combatives responding to it, due to it being used by CI.
- Completely outclassed by the UMP-45 for Class - D.
- Very poor damage when hitting the hands or feet.
- Requires headshots to kill quickly.
- Lower magazine size compared to the ACR and APC556 PDW.
- Fires supersonic rounds, meaning it does less damage to the ceramic vest plate.
Trivia[]
- The Scar - H in SCP: Roleplay is named incorrectly, as it's called the SCAR-H in real life. Both the Kriss Vector and Spas - 12 are also named incorrectly.
